                        Preregistration rates for MHA members are $75 for both days or $ 45 for one.
                        Non-member rates are $100 for both days or $70 for one day. 
                         Registration after February 10th -
                         MHA members $80 for both days, $50 for one day.
                         Non-members $105 for both days and $75 for one day.
