Critters In The Garden
The Milford Garden Club will meet Thursday, February 9, 2017 at the Milford Senior Center, 1050 Atlantic Street, Milford, MI 48381. The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. for social, 7:00 p.m. for business with the program to follow at 7:40 p.m. featuring guest speaker, Holly Vaughn, Wildlife Outreach Technician for SE region of Michigan DNR. Are those pesky chipmunks, woodchucks and deer munching on your garden plants? Animals commonly considered by humans as pests will be highlighted. Learn strategies you can use to keep them out of your garden or yard. Guests are welcome and new members are encouraged. There is no fee and reservations are not required.
