Description of the Event: 

The Portage Environmental Board has scheduled two pulls to remove the invasive species garlic mustard: May 6 at the West Lake Nature Preserve and May 20 at Celery Flats Historical Area. Both pulls start at 9 am and end at noon. Information on identification, proper removal and disposal will be provided, as well as needed supplies and tools.

Volunteers can contact the Transportation and Utilities Department at 269-32-4422 for additional information--or just show up to pull!
