Description of the Event:
A fun program that shows you how to move and use our bodies correctly in the garden to avoid stress, strain, and injury. Includes information on common mistakes, stretching and warm-up activities to avoid aches, strains and sprains. Learn proper techniques to keep you healthy and happy in your garden! $10 fee includes handouts, door prize ticket, and refreshments.
