Description of the Event:
Celebrate the "Grandmother of Herbs" in all her splendor with a series of events centered around the fragrant purple plant, including: workshops, demonstrations, U-pick lavender, essential oil education classes & more.
With just a short drive from the hustle and bustle of city life, the Lavender Festival is a perfect mid-summer getaway. Not only is this event a celebration of all the wonders of Lavender, but also an event that knits together local, talented artisans of one-of-a-kind hand-made goods!
The Michigan Lavender Festival is proud to be a "Made-In-Michigan" Event, featuring over 150 Michigan artists, craftspeople and local area farms. Festival highlights include lavender workshops, wellness classes, U-pick lavender and orchard fruit, along with wagon rides to tour the farm & orchards.
Admission is just $7.00 for adults; children under 12 are free. Your admission includes unlimited seating to all classes & demonstrations as well as free parking.
