End Time: 8:00pm

Location : Novi Civic Center- 45175 Ten Mile Rd, Novi

Description of the Event: While Monarch migration is a well-known phenomenon, it’s not the norm when it comes to butterflies. In fact, the vast majority of butterflies and moths overwinter in the landscape as an egg, caterpillar, chrysalis or adult. This talk will discuss the importance of keeping pollinator populations in mind when performing fall maintenance duties and how you can work to protect those overwintering pollinators so they can emerge healthy in the spring.
