Description of the Event: A one hour lecture on how to identify trees during the winter months and recognize signs of tree decline. The lecture will be followed by a 1/2—1 mile walk in the Nicholson nature center to spot signs of winter injury. The outdoor walk will be on an unpaved trail.
Certified extension master gardeners: Attendees will earn 2.5 continuing education hours which should be reported under Environmental stewardship - Native plants.
Extension master gardeners eligible for 2.5 education hours to be listed as Environmental stewardship - Native plants.
Instructor: Bob Bricault is a consumer horticulture extension educator with expertise in landscaping and turf.
