Backyard Fruit 101: Introduction to Growing Your Own Fruits/Virtual

The Backyard Fruit 101 Webinar series is an online class for introductory and beginning fruit gardeners. Six one-hour online classes will take place on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-7:30 p.m. EDT beginning April 20th and going through May 25th. All aspects of fruit growing will be covered: getting started, soil preparation, planning, variety selection, pruning, pest management and various maintenance activities. All resources will be available to download onto your own computer. A recording of the webinar will be made avail-able to registered participants who are unable to attend the live sessions. Registrants will receive a 'Zoom session link' via email the Mon-day before the first class.  

This qualifies for 6 education credit hours for Extension Master Gardeners.
