Three species of ornamental grasses
This program will include a presentation on why turf alternatives should be considered for a portion of your garden, recommendations for plants that are easy to maintain, and an outdoor walk (weather permitting) to view the grasses and sedges garden, discuss installation, and annual maintenance requirements. Over the last two years, the MSU Extension - Macomb office has installed and maintained a grasses and sedges garden on our campus. Come and see its progression over time and consider a new way to diversify your garden. The same program is being offered in the evening and daytime.
Program offered at two times
