Location : Luna Lake Native Plants Garden, Prospect Park, Ypsilanti, MI 48198

Description of the Event: Join us in for a day of weeding, mulching, and pruning to clean up Ypsilanti's largest and oldest native plants garden. Established in 2009 with help from a Michigan Wildflower Association Grant, the garden is healthy, but in need of some TLC to remove invasive species, reestablish paths, and enhance access and awareness for the local community. This is a great way to learn about native plants while helping to steward the local ecosystem. All skill levels welcome! We will have tools available, but please BYO if possible
