The Michigan Master Gardener Association helps Master Gardeners throughout the state volunteer worry free by providing liability insurance, offering educational opportunities, and makes it possible for affiliate chapters to have 501(c)3 status.

Volunteering is key to the success of the Michigan Master Gardener program. Master Gardeners spend thousands of hours annually on projects that educate others and that beautify and improve the quality of life in their local communities. There are also opportunities to volunteer with MMGA on behalf of master gardeners across the state.
